Diet and Healthy food

The diet and healthy food is kind of food that there are low fat and oil and some fruit.I usually eat the diet and healthy food such as vegetable and fruit because my family has a business about hydropronic vegetable.It is basically a method of growing plants without soil.We feed necessary minerals by solution and flow the solution pass roots of vegetable.

There are many kinds of the hydropronic vegetable.For example, green oak, red oak, red coral and butter head etc.

I would like to eat apples because they are very healthy.In addition, they help clean fat and oil which attach with a blood vessel.Therefore,they protect us from heart attack

Notting Hill is romanctic novel.In the story there is a love between a normal man,William Thacker with a famous actress,Anna Scott.He is a simple person works in a travel book shop.In one day she went to buy books in his shop.Then he had a accident with her,so she went to his house.Before she will live she kisses him.That is start of their love.After that they had many chances to meet each other for example he went to her hotel ,she went to his sister's birthday party and he met with her by chance etc.Finally they fall in love each other and they married.

I liked the last past which Mr.Thacker fould her and ask for a hand because when I read this part I feel happy.He showed he love her so much.

Housework

When I was child,my mother tought me about several kind of houseworks such as threw garbage,dust the furniture and wash the dishes and glass etc.I usually had to do houseworks that used my energy.For example threw the garbage,left the heavy boxes and move the wardrobe.In addition,I always had to do housework in outside for instance water grass or tree and cut branches of tree.For my sister,she usually did only about laundry and iron.Her jobs were very sensitive,so she had to work very long.I though my sister couldn't do my jobs and I couldn't do her job too and my mother allot work is suitable.Finally,my favorite chores is watering there trsses because I love nature and I like to see them grow up.

Maldives Island

Maldives is the name of island in the south of India.It is the small island in the Indian Ocean but it is the most beautiful ,interesting and popular in the world.The maldives' goverment follows under the Portuguese and the Dutch.It is my dream vocation.

The special points which attract a lot of tourists are beautiful view of the island and hotel.It will stay over the sea.Tourists can see many kind of fish everytime,it is very close nature.Almost sweetheart want to honeymoon here.Therefor,it is romantic if you will go to here with your grilfriend or boyfriend.

In the recent day,some hotels makes some parts' hotel under the sea.Therefore, when you walk,eat,sleep and work etc. ,you will be under the sea

iPod

I would like to buy iPod because I like to listen musics and it's convenient,portable and popular.I can use ipod to listen music everywhere and sometime I use it transfer information from another computer.I keep it with me all time.The Apple Company make a lot of kinds' iPod.For example iPod nano,iPod touch and iPod classic.

This is iPod nano.It has two category;First,it has memory 8GB.,Second,it has memory 16GB.You can listen music over4,000 songs or over 16 hours of video.This is the most popular because it's cheap and small.

This is iPod touch.Its momeies are 8GB,16GB and 32GB.You can listen musics,watch movies,play games and use some application in iPod touch.

Thos is iPod classic.It is similar to original style and site but this category is very much memory,it has 120 GB memories,it can contain more than 30,000 songs or 150 hours of video.

Animal

If I have a chance,I would like to feed a dolphin as my pet.It is mammal and lovely.When I lived in USA,I saw them jump and eat fish in the Universal Studio.In west of Thailand,I can see dolphin in the ocean.On the other hand,amount of dolphins in the world are decrease by humen,the humen make water pollution and kill them.So today,dolphins are endangered.



I can teach it by sound of whistle,I can command it jump through ring ,dance and sing songs.Somepeople who are pregnant ,dolphin can talk with baby in mother's body.Finally,I want bring it tobe my pet but I think it should live in the ocean.So I want to help them by give some my money to donation for safe them from humen.I hope their number will increce soon.

The Nickle ArtsMuseum

I went to The Nickle Arts Museum on last Wednesday with my classmate.It there is two flood.This exhibition include arts from around the world.We can see tradition roman coins ,tradition carpet and art of painting from many category.I can buy souvenir in the museum shop.It has art books.In addition, we can buy handmade jewelry and art image collection.On first flood,there are many paintings and tradition roman coins.On second flood, there are art of carpet and exhibition of japan apologizes.

If I have 10 millian dollars,I will do ...

If I get 10 millian dollars from lottery,I will divide it to 3 parts.The first part,I deposit some money into the bank because in the furture if money in another parts are emptied,I can bring money form this part to use the cost of living.In addition, I get interest from bank,it around This part is 3 millian dollars.

The second part,it is around 2 millian dollars,I will send my money to my family.Because my family there is own business abount hydroponic vegetable.I want to bring money extend thisbusiness,it is main income of my family.

The final part,I want to buy home in Neterlands and Japan.Because those countries are countries in my dream.The Neterlands is very beautiful and I like wild mill.For the Japan,I have a lot of japanese friends,they are friendly and cute,I like japanese food and I want to take photo with The Fuji Mountain.Additionally,I will travel around the world because I want to see everything such as every cultures ,every foods and every kind of building in the world

PP Island

In Thailand there are a lot of famous beaches,one in all is PP Island.It is in Krabi city,it's in the South of Thailand.This Island is far 28km form a town.. Six islands are in the group; Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Ley, Biddah Nok, Biddah Nai, Yung, and Pai.Each Islands have some of the interesting places to visit include.The best time for visit is between November - April.I used to go scuba diving,I saw beautiful and colorful coral.This Island have a lot of tourists form several nation.

The name is derived from Malay and the original was Pulao Pi ah Pi, where in pulao is the Malay word for island, and pi, pronounced with only a half p sound, was very close in pronunciation to the English word B, so the name was said something like Bi Bi. Later the P was pronounced with a stronger aspiration and the name became the Pi Pi we know today. The name refers to the mangrove wood found there; total area is about 35 square kilometers.

PP Don Island
Phi Phi Don Islandcovers a total area of 28 square kilometers.At the north end is Cape Laem Tohng, where there is a Chao Ley, or sea gipsy village.Diving at Laem Tohng is excellent, as it is also at Hua Rah Ket to the extreme south. There are long beaches with rocks scattered about. Two curving bays are especially beautiful,Ton Sai and Loh Dalam. This is also where accommodations and tourist services are found.

PP Ley Island
Phi Phi Ley Island is 6.6 square kilometers. It is mountainous and rocky.On the northeast is the famous 'Viking Cave' so-called from the painting therein, which His Majestry King Bhumibol was pleased to grant also the name 'Payanak' meaning 'Serpent Lord', in honour of the villagers who gatter swallow's nests on the island. Inside, on the east and south walls of the cave, are paintings from historical times of an elephant, and boats of various kinds : Arab prows,steam ships, and propeller-driven sailboats. It is theorized that these are the work of sailors, or perhaps even of pirates, because the island provides refuge during the monsoons and lies on the main shipping lane from west to east.

NAT CAVING IN ROCKY MOUNTIAN

In 28th september 2008,I caving at the Rats Nest Cave in The Rocky Mountian.It is very fun and exciting.
